Due to popular demand, welcome to my recipe page section! I have personally tried each recipe that I post here.
An important part of losing weight and maintaining weight loss is preparing your own meals at home. There are several reasons for this:

  2. Regularly eating out can be hard on the wallet, even more so if you have a family to feed,
  3. If you have children, they will learn better eating habits if they help you to shop for and prepare meals at home,
  4. You have no control over what you are eating,
  5. You have no control over what you are eating,
  6. You have no control… OK… I think you get the last point!
While grilled meats, steamed veggies and salads are healthy staples, sometimes we just need a little more variety.
